As the leaves begin to change and the days grow a little cooler, October is the perfect time to bring warmth, texture, and a sense of comfort into your home. For the nursery, that can mean choosing pieces that feel timeless, inviting, and beautifully suited to the season.
This fall, we’re highlighting two of our favorite nursery collections: the Santorini® Collection and the Malta™ Collection. Both collections feature thoughtfully designed cribs and dressers, with warm Driftwood and Hazelnut finishes that complement the rich, natural tones of fall.
From softly curved silhouettes to bold cylindrical details, these collections bring designer-inspired character to the nursery while creating a space that feels warm and welcoming all season long.
Meet the Santorini® Collection
Inspired by the beauty and serenity of the Greek island it’s named after, the Santorini® Collection brings an airy, elegant feel to the nursery.
The collection’s signature feature is its graceful, curved silhouette. The Santorini® design began as a hand-drawn sketch by a soon-to-be first-time father and was brought to life by Storkcraft’s in-house design team. Today, its flowing curves and minimalist aesthetic have become defining elements of the collection.
Santorini® Deluxe 5-in-1 Convertible Crib
At the heart of the collection is the Santorini® Deluxe 5-in-1 Convertible Crib with Bonus Toddler Guardrail. Crafted from solid New Zealand pine wood, the crib combines sturdy craftsmanship with an intentionally light and airy design.
Its iconic curves are inspired by the coastline of Santorini®, creating a soft architectural element that makes the crib feel both distinctive and timeless. Designed to grow with your child, it converts from a crib to a toddler bed, daybed, and full-size bed.
For October, the Driftwood and Hazelnut finishes are especially fitting. Driftwood brings a natural, weathered warmth to the nursery, while Hazelnut offers a deeper, richer tone that beautifully complements fall-inspired palettes.
Santorini® 6 Drawer Dresser
Complete the look with the Santorini® 6 Drawer Dresser, a statement storage piece designed to complement the collection’s signature curved aesthetic.
The dresser features a graceful, curved base, soft gold knobs, and six spacious drawers for organizing everything from tiny clothes to blankets and nursery essentials. Its timeless design makes it equally at home in a nursery or child's bedroom as your family grows.
The Driftwood and Hazelnut finishes make this dresser particularly beautiful for fall. Whether styled alongside warm cream tones or paired with deeper browns, muted greens, and natural textures, the dresser adds an inviting layer of warmth to the room.
Meet the Malta™ Collection
If the Santorini® Collection is defined by soft curves and airy elegance, the Malta™ Collection takes a bolder approach.
The Malta™ Collection is defined by chunky cylindrical statement posts, solid wood details, and a calm, harmonious aesthetic. Its sculptural design brings a distinctive sense of presence to the nursery while maintaining the warmth and simplicity that make it effortless to style.
Malta™ 5-in-1 Convertible Crib with Drawer
The Malta™ 5-in-1 Convertible Crib with Drawer brings the collection's signature statement posts to the centerpiece of the nursery.
Its bold cylindrical posts create a distinctive silhouette, while an integrated under-crib drawer adds convenient storage for blankets, sheets, swaddles, or other nursery essentials. The crib also includes a matching toddler guardrail and converts into a toddler bed, daybed, and full-size bed as your child grows.
For a fall nursery, Driftwood and Hazelnut are natural choices. The warm wood-inspired tones enhance Malta's substantial design details and pair beautifully with cozy textiles, woven baskets, soft rugs, and earthy accessories.
Malta™ 6 Drawer Dresser
The Malta™ 6 Drawer Dresser carries the collection's bold design language throughout the room. Featuring solid wood framing, chunky cylindrical posts, and softly rounded drawer pulls, the dresser balances substantial design with practical everyday storage. Six spacious drawers provide room for growing wardrobes, linens, and nursery essentials.
Its Driftwood and Hazelnut finishes make it an effortless addition to a fall-inspired nursery. Hazelnut can create a richer, more enveloping look, while Driftwood offers a lighter natural wood tone that works beautifully with warm neutrals.
A Cozy Nursery for the Season — and Beyond
The best nursery designs aren't necessarily the ones that follow every seasonal trend. They're the spaces that feel personal, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — with pieces that can grow alongside your family.
The Santorini® and Malta™ Collections each bring their own distinctive take on modern nursery design. Santorini® offers graceful curves and an airy, minimalist aesthetic, while Malta™ makes a statement with bold cylindrical details and a grounded silhouette.
And with warm Driftwood and Hazelnut finishes, both collections are perfectly suited to the rich, inviting feeling of fall.
This October, create a nursery that welcomes the season with warmth — and is designed to be loved long after the leaves have fallen.
