Currently, we are only shipping to the Continental US, so our items won't be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Damaged & Defective Items
For items that have been damaged in transit or have been deemed by our Customer Care team as having a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible to receive a free replacement part or full refund for your order. Please reach out to the Storkcraft® Customer Care department within 30 days of the order's shipment date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
General Returns (i.e. Change of Mind)
For items that are being returned for reasons other than damage (i.e. "change of mind"), Storkcraft® will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping. However, please note that you will be subject to a restocking fee amounting to 25% of the original purchase price. If the product packaging has not been opened, you will only be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. All shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. After 30 days, we regret that we are no longer able to accept returns.
Mattresses & Changing Pads
Due to Storkcraft's® commitment to keeping families safe, we are unable to accept returns on items such as mattresses and changing pads. This is for sanitary reasons, and for keeping all Storkcraft® customers safe. In the case of an issue with your mattress or changing pad, please contact our Customer Care team.
In the case of a refund, please allow for up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original method of payment. Due to your card's billing cycle, please note that this refund could take longer than expected.
We are not able to offer exchanges online. In the case of exchanging an item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online. Please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the day your order was shipped to begin this process, and be prepared to provide our Customer Care team with your Order Number. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
