Gift Card FAQs
How do I send and redeem a Storkcraft gift card?
To send a gift card, enter the recipient’s name, email address, and a personal note before adding it to your cart. This ensures it reaches the right person.
Once your order is processed, the gift card will be emailed to the recipient with instructions to redeem it. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the gift card is sent.
To redeem, the recipient simply enters the gift card code at checkout. Gift cards can be used multiple times and do not expire.
Do Storkcraft gift cards expire?
No, Storkcraft gift cards never expire.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Gift cards can only be used for merchandise on storkcraft.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if I lost my gift card email?
Contact our Customer Care team with the original purchaser’s full name and email address. We can resend the gift card to the original email address. Only the remaining balance will be available if the card is resent.
Can I return or cancel my gift card purchase?
Gift cards are final sale, fulfilled instantly, and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Can a gift card be used with discounts?
Yes! Gift cards can be combined with discount codes. Multiple gift cards can also be used in a single transaction.
